- Hands on all operations of 1,200 acre high fenced ranch to include.
- All general maintenance and servicing of all equipment and repairs. Tractors and attachments, Trucks and cars, trailers, four wheelers and side by sides. all lawn equipment, zero turns, push mowers, weed eaters, blowers and chainsaws.
- Ground Maintenance of six homes on property. All mowing, weedeating, blowing off. planting of flower beds and kept weeded out. fertilizing lawns and weed control. sprinkler system repairs when needed. pruning of trees and shrubs.
- Maintenance of all homes on property. To include, Generators in working order incase of power outages. Roof repairs, and any exterior repairs. Change out or repair, fridgerators, ovens, washer, dryer, sinks, faucets and toilets. sheetrock repairs and paint. Any electrical or plumbing repairs.
- Livestock management, feeding schedules for cow and deer heard. Monitored health conditions of herd, tagging and vaccinations. taking care of calves in calving season.
- Road maintenance as needed. keeping roads clear of debris and smooth rolling. installing culverts where needed and maintained.
- Felling of dead trees on property. keeping all houses stocked with firewood.
