Ty Nyborg

As a Style Associate at Target for four years, I developed a versatile skill set through cross-training in multiple areas, including guest services, returns, cashiering, inventory management, and fulfillment of online orders. I consistently demonstrated adaptability and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet the dynamic demands of each day. My primary objective was to deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a well-organized sales floor and providing support to both guests and team members, ensuring seamless shopping experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

At my previous job, I was appointed captain of the style team to help manage the team alongside our leads. Outside of work, I made the president's list at the College of Western Idaho (CWI) and contributed to DEI efforts by assisting professors on the committee with initiatives that positively impacted minority students. I also supported CWI's food pantries by creating advertisements to raise awareness among students who benefited from them and organizing a food drive to help stock the pantries.
