I have been a leader and skilled team member at Vertix, in both team leadership and problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to train employees, enforce safety, and maintain operational efficiency. Excelled in creating a cohesive work environment and resolving issues within the line, as well as insuring all new employees felt safe and comfortable within their job tasks. As the youngest person to become a shift lead at the company I climbed into the position quickly through showing examples of traits that I believe a good shift lead should have such as leadership, high work ethic, and being able to work well with others, as well as stepping up when necessary to complete difficult and or dangerous jobs. This also includes stepping up and taking on maintenance “roles”/ jobs to help be a team player and solve issues in a timely manner.
