Tyler Bates

In this llc I managed and executed the construction of residential homes and shop buildings. Our scope of work ranged from framing, roofing, siding, doors and windows. We also did qlot of finished carpentry such as interior floors doors and trim. I organized how materials, and equipment would be on site, also while giving clients the best experience i possibly could. I managed at least 2 employees at all times and taught them to work safely but diligently.

My job was to set up the worksite with all proper tools ready for use, stock and make materials easily accessible. Then to install and complete scope of work as a team. As alot of the work required at least two men.

This job is where I really learned how to use tools properly, kind of my stepping stone late in high school and out of high school. I learned how to plum, square, line, read blueprints and start a job site correctly. We framed residential buildings mostly here.

This was my high school job. I was there to make pizza in a timely and efficient manner. All while keeping a clean and maintained area. Also having to communicate with other employees constantly to maintain positive, and fluent kitchen running.
