Ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo from aircraft to airport facilities. Guiding aircraft to and from gate positions, operating a variety of ground support equipment with precision and expertise, and meticulously maintaining records to guarantee accurate cargo routing.

Maintain POC for a 72-hour window of operation for customers, their ops teams, and GCC support department. Monitor all flight activity, including the research and coding of flight delays. Maintain AIMS operating system database with aircraft dispositions. Communicate operational information/changes to all affected stations, vendors, and affected employees.

Provide oversight and direction to vendors contracted by Atlas Air. Ensured that the proper Atlas and FAA handling procedures were used in the performance of duties. Assisted and oversaw flight handling coordination for all Atlas departures, crews, and ground handlers. Performed all aspects of ground operations, loadmasters, hazardous materials, fueling, catering, and security.
