I am a manager with a proven track record in operational efficiency and team leadership. I leveraged Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes, resulting in improved performance metrics. During my time as a Division I football player, I began my journey as a walk-on, driven by a passion for the game, and a determination to prove myself. Balancing the rigorous demands of football, academics, and work, I committed myself to excelling in all areas. Earning a scholarship was a milestone that reflected my dedication and resilience, but my greatest achievement was mastering time management and perseverance in the face of adversity. Juggling practice, coursework, and multiple jobs taught me discipline, teamwork, and the value of hard work—qualities I carry with me both on and off the field.
