I have stayed at this property since August of 2024 and have been with the property through an Ownership and Management Transition.

Managed property operations including accounts receivable, rent collection, fee assessments, and eviction processing while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budgeting and monthly reporting. Delivered professional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving conflicts. Assisted with leasing, marketing, and lease processing, while supporting recruitment, team development, and maintenance oversight. Conducted property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and community standards, demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
