2024 Marks 10 years that I've been an Armed SPO. The level of experience and knowledge that's been gained over that span of time is high level. Theres no situation that can happen at this point that hasn't been seen, worked various types of sites and locations, and the understanding of how to deal with certain situations is top-notch. Being able to think ahead is a big strength, so if any situation were to come up it can be handled in a effective manor.

- During the 5 years worked with Master Security the experience gained is now high level from working at various sites and locations. The first 2 1/2 years with the company was mainly doing residential work securing Wingate Apartments in SW, Washington DC, working the overnight shift. Afterwards transferred to Chase Bank in SE Washington DC where continuing to work the night shift until the Manager for the bank decided the night shift was no longer needed due to the lack of activity the bank had overnight. Stayed at Chase Bank for the next year and for the remaining time with Master Security worked in SE, Washington DC at a LIDL Grocery store for about 7 months and then transferred to NW, Washington DC and secured Walgreens.
- During my 2 1/2 years of working in residential the main objective of my job were to conduct hourly patrols, survey all parameters of the property to make sure no illegal or suspicious activity takes place such as loitering, selling narcotics, domestic issues and etc.
- Working at LIDL and Walgreens were both similar, seeing as both are customer service locations. The main responsibilities were to post up by the front entrance and show a presence to be a deterrent so no shop lifters will come inside the stores and attempt to steal. By chance, I did catch someone shop lifting. The main thing to do is call MDP immediately to get them on scene for assistance. Meanwhile, approach the suspect and confiscate all products that they attempted to steal and bar them from the facility so they can't come back, and by chance they do, they'll get locked up for unlawful entry.

06.2016 - 07.2019
- Spent the whole time with Capitol City Protective Services working at DC General Homeless Shelter in SE, Washington DC. The Shelter no longer exists. The main responsibilities of securing this location were to scan and check every resident that comes into the facility. If the resident came in with a bag or a purse, officers had to check for any illegal items that would be going against the policy of the shelter while also conducting patrols on an hourly basis.

02.2014 - 04.2016
- During the time working with Code 3 Security, which is now Code Black Security, I worked all residential properties in various locations around Washington DC. To name a few, I've worked around Mayfair Mansions Apartments in NE, Washington, DC. Saratoga, which is also in NE. I also worked around Edgewood Apartments. The main responsibilities were to conduct patrols around the neighborhoods and survey all areas for any illegal or suspicious activities such as loitering, gambling, drug trafficking and etc. Any EMS that comes on the property, a report had to get written up.

- Currently a content creator, Run multiple different media outlets, also I have ran a podcast that has been hosted on a weekly basis Converse with people all the time due to networking and collaborating so my communication skills are great It brings understanding, and strengthen the ability to deescalate situations
- Working out and getting in physical shape is another skill that has been developed This would help if a situation were to occur that involves a lot of activity which using physical strength might be needed
- Teamwork is another great skill that I have, and knowing how to work with your team is very important Staying on the same page is great team work so if any situations that develop that need to be handled can be handled effectively
- Critical Thinking is an asset that I can bring to the company, and knowing how to resolve situations are also very important to me
