• Amelia Earhart Award, The Amelia Earhart Award is the 3rd milestone award in the Civil Air Patrol Program. In order to receive this award cadets must take a rigorous leadership test as well as a Physical Fitness test. Only a very small percent of cadets earn this superior award.
• Billy Mitchell Award, The Billy Mitchell Award is the second milestone award in the Civil Air Patrol Program. In order to receive this award cadets must pass two tests on the topics of leadership and aerospace. Cadets must attend and pass a 8 day encampment which simulates an Air Force bootcamp.
• Two Senator Awards of Academic Excellence, awarded by State Senator Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh to students who have shown excellence in both academic and extracurricular activities.
• Presidential Fitness Award, a national fitness testing award, given to students in the 85th percentile or higher in all the nation, in the area of physical fitness.
