- I handle HVAC maintenance and repair for 40 different buildings, including schools, administrative offices, and the police department. Whether it’s a rooftop unit, heat pump, or mini-split, chillers , and boilers
- I regularly use Building Automation Systems (BAS) to monitor HVAC equipment, identifying issues and addressing them quickly. This system helps keep everything running smoothly and allows me to stay ahead of problems.
- I manage work orders for HVAC-related issues using a work order management system. From initial report to completion, I make sure everything is updated and tracked so the system stays on top of issues that need fixing.
