Hired on to do Payroll and AP – did this for a month then Engineering department wanted me to start working for them and helping with anything and everything on the engineering side. Created the necessary documents for including with the bids we were submitting, which included Bid table, labor/equipment rates, clarifications, etc. I created all the bid documents that weren’t provided by Owner. If they came in PDF, I recreated all these documents in Excel and Word.
As time went on the maintenance department wanted me to help out which includes payroll, mileage, rentals, work orders, monthly, fuel, lowboy drivers’ expenses, permits, etc. and still do the work in the engineering department.
As time went on I was asked to be Office Manager and still continue the work I am doing in the other departments. Duties are AR billings for each of the projects, AP, Payroll, HR and overseeing the Meikle Crushing project daily logs, accruals, and invoicing.
