  • Issues 45 day temporary permit authorization permit ranges to wire services ana gents who have entered in a contract with our office and are authorized to issue permits. Issue letters to the wire services and agents stating the permit ranges when money is collected. Monitor monthly reports submitted by the contracted agents. Distribute 45 day temp permits to SOS Facilities who issue permits to walk in applicants. Update the IRP system of each temp permit sold by a facility.
  • Coordinates the processing of remitter IRP submitted applications. For inquiries from remitters on the irp process responsible for answering customer questions via telephone or email.
