· Coaching employees to correct at-risk behaviors of fellow craft members
· Drive continuous safety improvement by serving as a manufacturing floor safety representative and facilitator between hourly personnel and management
· Facilitate all new employee environmental/safety orientation training
· Facilitate all Safety Leadership Workshops/ Forman Trainings
· Perform periodic monthly safety training on select topics at monthly department communication meetings

· Instruct Mobile Hazard School for plant craft workers & PBS Observation Training Classes for new inducted PBS members

· Instruct the PBS Observation training classes teaching new and coming PBS members on conducted effective observations
