Summary

I am a caring newly assigned Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate (LPCC) with 4 years of experience helping clients with social and emotional issues develop techniques to deal with daily challenges and several years working with the public on identifying populations in need. I am well versed at teaching others to tackle problems constructively through behavior modification, acknowledgment and ownership of the past, and utilizing emotional aspects to motivate long lasting change.

Previously, in my time as an intern and Unlicensed Psychotherapist, I exercised the ability to learn from others, apply the new or adapted techniques to existing clients and create unique approaches for a curated approach to therapy. I enjoy challenging myself to learn techniques and make them digestible for clients to take with them immediately after session and throughout their life to insight change. I am looking to work with people who are interested in moving from the intellectual acknowledgement of change into a spiritual and emotional space of change. I believe that the body and soul will integrate with mental awareness for a lifetime of transformation though spiritual practices and evidence-based psychology.
