With a successful career as a real estate broker and a rich background in European culture and experience in various restaurants and country clubs, I am eager to bring a diverse skill set and passion for hospitality to a team launching a new restaurant venue.
For the past 8 years, I have been cultivating, baking and re-introducing the various artisan breads that I grew up with. Both my father, being Latvian and my mother, German, taught me to cook the recipes and bake the breads they grew up with in their homelands. I'm also an avid gardener with a potager garden that provides my husband and I with an abundant supply of vegetables and herbs.
