Summary

I am a military veteran of 8 years with the US Coast Guard specializing in senior leadership. I am currently a lead collision service advisor. I am detail-oriented in handling all customer issues to complete satisfaction. Excellent insurance claims processing, account servicing, payment processing and appointment scheduling abilities. Diligent about coordinating accurate paperwork to avoid errors and delays.

While in the Coast Guard, one of my proudest accomplishments involved a case of rescuing 7 people, one being a child, from a sinking sailboat 30 miles off the coast of Cape May, NJ. My crew and I received a letter of recognition for our outstanding teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability. I'm looking for a company that is team based, enthusiastic, and rewards high performing employees such as myself.
