Serve as on-site advisor to management on employee and customer issues; assist in development, planning, implementing, and administering workplace support initiatives.
• Train and certify 15–20 window clerks annually on customer service interactions and compliance; develop lesson
plans and evaluate performance.
• Perform daily financial and operational audits (cash, stamp stock, accountable mail); document findings and track
corrective actions in electronic system of record.
• Manage 50+ customer cases daily in USPS eCCASE/RSS from intake to closure; research issues, coordinate referrals to resources, and provide follow-up for customers.
• Lead deployment outreach including Holiday Mail for Heroes and military care-package drives; coordinate with
local bases and FRGs and maintain contact logs.
