When i was a former EMT, Had a call for an elderly women who had fallen down stairs, had a laceration to her head,with vomiting. Put pressure on the laceration,bandaged, suctioned the vomit. transported to Hospital.She survived for 3 days.
My Safety award was given because a clients safety hardness was not put on before transport.
