  • Conducted outbound/inbound collection calls for auto loans, starting in 2ppd, while assisting team mentor with high balance accounts. Guided new hires through training by mentoring them on collections processes and skip tools. I was able to catch up on my collection skips that in the following month I was placed in 3ppd. I always passed my QCs and was in the top 20 of the group. I also was out in the 1st class to do the CBS training and I was able to pass that training class. After 2 months in 3ppd I was moved up to the 5ppd. Attempted collections or recommended accounts for skip charge-off or preparation for the legal department. A month later I was promoted to the Delmar team. It's also a 5ppd but in this team I was working on harder accts that no one could collect from, at this time I am still in the Delmar team as a top Collector.
