This includes maintaining licensing and safety compliance, implementing Person-Centered Support Plan and Behavior Support Plan objectives, supervising Direct Support Professionals, and assisting with achieving positive outcomes for individuals served.
In my years at Cottonwood, Inc, I have also served as Direct Support Professional, Work Enrichment Coordinator, and Targeted Case Manager. This broad experience has allowed me to familiarize myself with various aspects of I/DD services, including industry standards, licensing requirements, waiver billing, and forging effective partnerships with various stakeholders, including guardians, community service providers, and MCO's.
