- Take photos of the damaged vehicles to send to the insurance companies.
- Create an estimate that lists the cost and the repairs the vehicle needs.
- Go over the repair process with the customer as well as the assigned technician.
- Contact insurance companies for any supplements need on addition damages found.
- Order parts from vendors provided by the insurance companies.
- Keep a record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform a quality check of the repairs completed ensuring repairs are up to standard.
- Ensure we have received the full payment from the insurance company for the repairs.
- Complete paperwork and take any final payments owed by the customer.
