• The Role of Microglia Associated Proteins in Sensory Deprived Whisker Trimmed Mice May 2023-Till Date. Performed immunofluorescence assays to stain for microglia-associated proteins. Used the Zeiss LSM900 microscope to image the expression of proteins using the Airy scan Multiplex setting. Performed fluorescence mean intensity detection using Qu path. Analyzed fluorescence mean intensity detection using Graph pad Prism.
• Early Life Exposure to Air Pollution Leads to Glia Dysfunction and Sex Specific Differences July 2024-November 2025. Operated high-end microscopy equipment (Zeiss LSM900) to acquire detailed images and analyze biological specimens, contributing to ongoing research projects. Developed and delivered comprehensive data presentations using visualization tools and PowerPoint, effectively communicating complex findings to research teams and at academic conferences.
