I am an Assistant Property Manager offering excellent skills in customer service, telephone etiquette, and issue response. I work cooperatively with my property team, vendors, and residents. I strive to have a clear understanding of Fair Housing Laws and resident management.
After a short time in my role as Johnson City Zone Leasing Agent, I was offered the position of Assistant Property Manager for Island Road and Stafford Street in Bristol. I was able to take on more responsibility and developed growth in areas that needed improvement. I take pride in my work and getting to know our residents as well as any needs they may have. With an onsite property I was able to practice conflict resolution and conversation skills. My goal is to continue to challenge myself and grow with each opportunity.
I began as a Leasing Agent for the Johnson City Zone. I was learning the overall tasks of everyday needs in property management. These tasks include communication with residents, learning the proper policies and protocols within our company, following leads, and team work.
In addition to my experience in programs such as Excel and Word, I also have the privilege of directing clients and guests to the correct departments and staff members to insure needs are properly met. I maintain office organization to support efficiency and professionalism for not just myself but for other personal as well.
