I take my job very seriously . Working at Sprint as a customer service representative develop my customer skills by being empathetic , making sure my customer was satisfied prior to ending a call. Same with Nissan, all customers needing assistance with their end of lease contracts, not all calls were without issues needing resolution. My job was to make sure all was good in the end.
