  • As an experienced professional, I have been responsible for various tasks such as requirement elicitation, creating user stories, design diagrams, and business integration models. I also review PRD, PSD, and SPSS to identify gaps in initial requirements in coordination with business owners. Updating specifications with proper configuration for upcoming variants is essential to my job. Ongoing preparation and analysis of provisioning or specific Feature KPIs is another crucial responsibility that I handle.

    I lead the overall end-to-end management of the issue resolution during system integration. I also establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned features, such as the provisioning process, C&C, UBI, CCS, and Transport Mode. Triage of feature-specific issues during the development and launch phases of the project is a part of my job description. I review component-level test plans and results to ensure quality assurance.

    My expertise includes developing end-to-end system knowledge of multiple components within the connected vehicle ecosystem. It includes In-Vehicle Modules (TCU), Wireless Carriers, Gateway Applications, multiple backend Applications, Mobile Applications, Enterprise IT Systems, and 3rd Party Content Providers. I also create and review the Design of the Verification Plan to validate assigned features.

    I collaborate with other IT experts, including business analysts, developers, and architects, to determine suitable technical development and database architectures for strategic applications. I also evaluate the features and functions, create, update, and review test procedures, plan Test execution, and coordinate lab and field tests.

    Maintaining and operating Infotainment test bench systems is also a part of my job. I help product owners proactively in the design of DFMEA (Defect Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for CCS and CVBOP. I also create functional flows and context diagrams for Connected Vehicle projects. My role includes communicating Business requirements to all anchor engineers, full-stack developers, and product designers.

    I review unit test cases created by full-stack developers and test scenarios created by the QC team and conduct user testing, interviews, and analysis. As an SCM (source code manager), I am responsible for code deployment in all environments, including production. I am proficient in testing web services and creating and maintaining Microsoft Azure Resource groups and Resources within resource groups. I also make and maintain MS-SQL servers and PowerShell scripts for code deployment.
