  • As head of business operations, Vikram was responsible for supporting the business with a revenue of $1.5b+. He managed a team of about 100 professionals based on NA, EMEA and JAPAC, supporting sales, consulting and development organizations. During this period, his responsibilities varied from time to time to align with the business unit scope.
