Prior to being promoted to Maintenance Supervisor I was a Track Inspector at MTA NYCT, from June 2015 to December 2018, Working in T6 overnight Tour, and T3 Day Tour Maintenance south days as A Full Rate, My Responsibilities included but not Limited to calling on flagging, monitoring the safety of any Employees assigned to me on a Regular basis as an Employee in charge (EIC), Inspections along the Right of way, Identification, reporting and making Minor Repairs of Defects found on Inspection Route.

Clear and positive communication with the MS2 and Superintendent to address areas where work and/or monitoring may be needed.

Inspection Forms reported on a Daily basis.

• Inspected track components and structures to identify defects, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Performed routine maintenance checks on tracks, such as replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Reported any issues to relevant personnel, making recommendations where necessary.
• Conducted regular inspections of railway infrastructure including bridges, tunnels and embankments.
• Identified areas of poor performance on existing tracks and recommended corrective action plans accordingly.
• Carried out visual inspections of ballast conditions at regular intervals to check for deterioration or movement.

• Track cleaning, plate installation, Rail renewal, switch maintenance repairs, TGC Repairs and provide Flagging for Track Inspections and Switch Inspections.
