During my time in the role of Installation & Service Supervisor, I have been responsible for managing daily front-line customer service operations as well as periodic performance reviews, quality assurance and safety observations. I have been successful in my role by leveraging a strong work ethic and calm disposition with in-depth coaching and mentoring which has helped many employees improve their abilities and advance their quality of work. In addition, I have also been responsible for the success of various special projects, most notably playing a key role in the development and implementation of the New Hire On-Boarding Program in Technical Operations.
