• At this job I create long-term bonds with my guests to keep them coming back and sell as much as possible to them to raise my pay. My managers always say we’re not servers, were salesman! I deal with unpredictable, picky people everyday and difficult situations swiftly and quickly. I talk my way through lots of issues and give the guests a perfect experience for the high prices they are paying. I’m trusted to hold onto large amounts of money and return it at the end of the day, I deal with money all the time and work well under pressure.

• I've worked at bubbas for over 2 years! I had initially gotten hired as a hostess and moved my way up to to-gos and training shortly after. In October 2024, the restaurant had started "Facilitated family-friendly activities every Wednesday" where we have discounted kids meals and free arts and crafts for the children. I have hosted these every single Wednesday night from 5pm-8pm since! I've also attended many different events for the restaurant such as rodeos, festivals, schools, etc. This shows I'm flexible, reliable, and committed to helping out in any way that I can.
• I started serving as soon as I turned 18, which was August 2024, and have been a server as my main job since. I'm a great people person, I enjoy holding a good conversation, and I love to get a good laugh out of guests! I commit to always being kind, welcoming, and respectful. I have our entire menu memorized and I always find ways to help when I'm not busy myself. I always participated in dress-up days or games and I always made sure to get my sales up!

• I learned many customer service skills here while working on the register checking people out, doing to gos, and working on the line making people's food. I observed and learned something new everyday from the staff and the guests.
• Executed deep cleaning, mopping, and dishwashing to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• I was a normal team member here. I worked the register, prepared the smoothies, cleaned, and open/closed the store. I learned basic job skills here and it was a great starting job!
