
At Clark's Market I have been the lead cake decorator for almost 3 years. I am self taught and I pursue learning different Piping skills and cake decorating techniques in my free time.
My job entails custom cake orders, decorating and filling our cake case, producing back up cakes to be moved out as needed. Maintaining the display case with assorted pastry's, brownies, Cannoli's with scratch cream, eclairs, tarts, selling donuts etc.
A few of of my responsabilitys are producing bulk cupcakes, fry and bag corn tortilla chips, cook batches of flour tortillas,package, date and label baked goods and bread for the floor.
I am in charge of maintaining shrink from the service floor and keep communication with the other workers on what we need to increase or decrease to help with waste, and increase sales with new product brought in.
I can operate comercial ovens, proofer, fryers and mixers. My relationship with my customers is very important to me, If I can provide a good experiance with them they become loyal custumers and the store earn's repeat orders.
