Before entering into wine industry, most of my previous employment history was spent working in classrooms and in households as behavioral assistant, nanny and behavior consultant.

Fresh out of college, when I first arrived in West So Co, I spent many years as an inclusive behavioral assistant in classrooms, focused on individual support helping children with high behaviors, primarily with autism. Supported integrate social & behavioral needs into their age appropriate main stream classroom. In any spare time I offered support to my teachers and parents alike in classroom or on playground.

As a nanny/consultant, I offered childcare to prominent & executive families in West Sonoma County. For about the next decade in this position, I acted as household manager & basically child/children's personal assistant to families w diverse needs.

I am grateful for my previous experiences.

I have had the joy of walking through the lives of all sorts of different families in my Sonoma County community. My experiences have taught me to be a good read of character.
