• Operated a cart machine to pull carts back to the front of the store and maintained their cleanliness. Occasionally pulled them in by hand when a machine is unavailable
• Checked off bathrooms hourly making sure they're clean and stocked
• Replaced trash bags and maintained cleanliness of the sales floor
• Restocked supplies within the front end and sales floor, including:

-Guest Service -Checkout Lanes -Front End Storage Room -Sales Floor Spill Stations

• First response for guest help involving carry outs/carry ins
• First response for spills or broken items on the sales floor
• Took defective items from guest service and wrapped them onto pallets
• Worked with guests, sticking with them to resolve an issue or until a more experienced team member could help
• Trained and helped new team members to understand the position and work efficiently and safely
• Paired up with management or relevant team members to prepare for tasks within our work areas
• Enforced safety around the building making sure there were no active or potential hazards
