- Maintain continuous and proactive communications with residents’ family members to promote open dialogue and timely sharing of important information; serve as the first point of contact for Assisted Living resident and family questions and concerns.
- Play a leadership role in creating and maintaining resident profiles to establish an understanding and appreciation of their histories, preferences, hobbies, passions and unique qualities and incorporate them into daily interactions and activities.
- Implement and monitor adherence to Brightview policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements; address variances quickly to ensure consistent compliance.
- Continuously monitor the operations, physical plant, associate interactions, and overall environment in Assisted Living to identify opportunities to enhance resident independence, foster a vibrant lifestyle, and implement differentiators to make the community a best in class provider.
