• Logistically plan biometric screenings for largest Stellantis location of UAW employees to exceed client participation goals
• Provide weekly biometric screenings to employees (blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose)
• Provide personalized health coaching to employees to achieve better health outcomes through lifestyle changes
• Design and distribute monthly health promotion materials through educational booths and other communication strategies
• Integrate with union officials, plant leadership, and departmental leads to provide interactive health programming to both salaried and hourly employees
• Produce monthly delivery report regarding program participation
• Coordinate annual health fair with onsite and external benefits vendors
