Summary
I have been through some college, (medical coding) and know a lot about data entry and was trained to handle customers in a situation of complaint and one thing I've learned is taking time to listen clearly (even past the point to where you are unable to help the customer) so that they do not feel rushed or unimportant makes someone else's and your job a little easier.
