• Assisted with preparing food and providing shelter services to those who lost their homes in the hurricane.

Champaign County Christian Health Center (non-profit clinic supplying free healthcare to uninsured patients), 07/2019 - Current

Event and Marketing Coordinator:

• Directed the event and marketing team by delegating tasks, giving clear instructions, leading meetings and formulating a detailed plan to ensure events run seamlessly.
• Coordinated training events for doctors and nurses to transition to providing healthcare services virtually during pandemic.
• Successfully planned and directed formal fundraising dinner events to reach the community and gain sponsors to fundraise for an independent clinic space.

Transitions/Carle Hospice Care, 06/2019 - 03/2020

• Presented idea for partnering with CHMBT to gather and distribute holiday cards to help those hospice patients who may be lonely due to COVID-19 visiting hour restrictions.

Advocate Lutheran Hospital, 05/2017 - 09/2017

• Assisted with patient discharge and ensured patients had a safe form of transportation back home. Obtained patient charts/medical records and provided wheelchair assistance. Professionally and tactfully interacted with patients and families in stressful situation in an empathetic manner.
