Accurately counted and recorded over 2,500 vehicles daily across three different locations, including all units at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Ensured precise reporting and adherence to company inventory standards, contributing to operational efficiency.

8 Years 6 Months- As a Field Service Manager at the beginning of the day we received our schedule from Dispatch and we are on charge of drive through different kind of cars dealerships around miami Dade, broward and Palm beach county.
- Also we currently have Home Assignments that means that we have to drive through customers houses to provide an an inspection and a estimate of the damages of the vehicle and on this way the customer have the possibility of take care about this damages if is the case.
Floor Plan Auditor
8 Years 6 Months- My duty as Auditor always has been arrived at the previous scheduled location as early as possible to avoid a future missing unit due to employees moving cars around
- After finishing the walk by the lot where new and used car are located, recollect all the units already counted to have a list with units missing
- When controller from the dealership arrive I provided the list with the missing units to them provide me information in regards with the current unit
- If the unit was in fact sold I have to collect the deal information from the controller ( Customer Name, Sold date and finance organization Banks, Credit Unions ). Also even if the unit was a Dealer Trade or Cash Deal or if dealership allows me sometimes they log me in CDK and Dealer Track to collect the information by my own which I have the knowledge of how to use it
- If the bank requested I have to verify Titles and MSO's or COV's
- Before ends with the Audit I have to collect payments due to any late payments depending of the guidelines of the bank how request the Audit which could be 10 calendar or 10 business days.
