Amendment 4- voter's right restoration-conduct online criminal justice search on the inmates to see if they qualify for the Amendment 4. Notify the correctional counselors and provide them with a copy of the Court order Docket and MDCR Restoration of Voting Right Inmate's signature Form. In addition, I input information, keep track, follow up and update the voter's Registration Clemency log in the Excel Spreadsheet.
Process Volunteer and Contractor's applications by checking their criminal history through OSCA Judicial Inquiry system website. Notify the applicant and manager once is approved. In addition, I input information, keep track, follow up and update the Volunteer/ Contractor Master fille log in the Excel Spreadsheet.
Conduct and Schedule mandatory Video Orientation to Volunteers and Contractors. In Addition, I input and update the applicant's information on the CRNET, VVC Program System.
PREA- Comprehensive Inmate Education. Input inmate's information eight they have taken or refused the PREA education class into the Miami Dade Corrections Criminal Justice Information System Mainframe.
Produce Monthly Audit Report on Volunteers and Contractors applications for CIAB Department.
Produce Monthly Audit Report on PREA Comprehensive inmate Education Program For CIAB Department.
Maintain an Excel log of open and closed inmates disciplinary Appeals. I input information, keep track follow up and update the appeals log by using the CRNET, Inmate Disciplinary System. In addition submit weekly update report to inmate services Administrators.
Responsible for the delivery of rehabilitative programs and services to individuals in the custody of Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department, while preparing them for a successful return to the community
Responsibilities include but not limited to arranging for legal assistance and medical attention, providing religious counseling and social services; counseling and guiding inmates towards an individualized rehabilitative program; and obtaining information regarding court dates.
Perform advanced secretarial and clerical duties. Composing and typing Correspondence and performing research to compile data for special reports and others purposes.
I Have completed various training and certifications. These training include but are not limited to the following: CJIS Security, FCIC/NCIC Certification.
