Provide assistance to Rig Managers on any and all rig repairs. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with all employees as well as current and prospective clients.

Manage all facets of drilling for major Oil & Gas exploration companies. Monitor gauges, rotary speed head / pressure's and detect binding or stopping of drilling operations. Perform minor repairs in order to minimize equipment downtime. Provide training and supervision to onsite employee's as well as to insure a safe and productive working environment to optimize production. Supervise all activity on rig location, including vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling.
