Supervise, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the delivery of rehabilitative services for the 125 program participants/clients at The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville, FL.

Monitors clients progress and work cooperatively with the rehabilitative staff to ensure client goals are achieved. Aids staff to resolve operational problems and provides direct counseling assistance to clients as needed.

Provides the Administrator with regular advice and counsel, as to the areas of improvement, areas of success, personal issues, legal issues, policy and/or procedural issues and any other issues that relate to the effective and efficient operation of the Adult Rehabilitation Center.

Supervises and monitors client progress and day to day activity to ensure compliance with program rules and regulations; determines and applies appropriate disciplinary actions in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Assists in coordinating, planning and conducting the spiritual and religious programs of the Adult Rehabilitation Center and the spiritual aspects of the program that permeates throughout all activities of the Center. Acts with full authority of the Center Administrator in his absence in of emergencies involving the health or safety of Center employees or clients or the security of the Center and its environment.

Supervises, plans, develops, coordinates, prioritizes and monitors the day to day operations of all Salvation Army Donation Centers, Family Thrift Stores and production facilities - to include the 125 bed men's Adult Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsible for the day to day operations of the multi-million dollar NE Florida Market. To include, but not limited to HR/Scheduling, staffing, customer communications/evaluations.

Monitor payroll, purchase orders and all financials associated with the NE Florida Market.

Proficient in QuickBooks, TrackForce Valiant & Win-Team Financial Management and scheduling software and MS Office/Excel

Responsible for the day to day operations of over 3 million dollars worth of revenue in contractual services for the South Florida Market.
