I am still currently operating, i have three apartment complexes I currently do contract work with as well as emergency calls. I write my own estimates, schedule and complete the work. Over the past year and a half I have completed 7 basement finishes, 5 small to medium fire restorations, and numerous other jobs from roofs, electrical, fencing, decks, to bathroom remodels. The only service I do not provide in house is HVAC.
Icon originally bought me out and brought me on to run their large loss rebuild department as a project manager, however that following winter we had the Polar Vortex come through, and within a few week period I over saw and ran over 45 large loss water damage Jobs. After that it was mutually decided that I would become an Emergency Service Tech/project manager. I helped with the origin of 859boardup as well. I not only completed emergency calls wether it be Board up, water, or Crime and Trauma, I also sold and estimated the jobs as well. I assisted the Sales team in securing commercial accounts as well as selling and closing Fire restoration Jobs.
I owned and ran this company until after
