I worked for Frito-Lay for a total of 35-years with 25 of those years as a district sales leader training, and leading the frontline sales team with the current products and adding innovation to promote added sales to the weekly sales plan.

I transferred within the company to new locations implementing the companies vision with new techniques, and ensuring the promotions were being implemented to support additional growth in sales.

December of 2020 the company was made some changes in divisions and offered a early retirement option allowing me to explore new opportunities.
