Resident Manager for six month on site Recovery Program of up to 65 clients. Duties included supervision of overall living conditions, meal perpetration, building maintenance, weekly case conference meetings to update and advise other staff on performance and progress of clients in required residential tasks of community living, and classes. Supervision of monthly UA and daily BAC program, with completion of manufacturers UA and BAC certification policies. Conducted Weekly House meetings, and first thirty day Newcomers meetings. Open door policy to meet with clients as needed.
