I started my career as a flat rate technician. I did all of my manufacturing traing and became gm master certified and ASE master certified, along with va state inspection. In 2014 I became shopforman. I was the forman till 2024. Then became the service manager.
I am proficient at vehicle diagnostics, shop flow time management, vehicle repairs any system. I know how to read financial statements and disect business operations to aid in gross profit and net building.
