Supervising all projects undertaken by vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel. Coordinate with the chief engineer to ensure that the buildings on the campus have all contractual agreements with outside vendors, i.e., Fire Alarm Companies, Elevator contracts, and Gas/Electric Companies.
  • Regular inspections of buildings and grounds are performed to identify necessary maintenance and repairs. Engaging management teams and other school staff to gather input on maintenance requirements and potential renovations. Established an ongoing preventative maintenance program, supervising maintenance personnel, conducting performance appraisals, and providing necessary training.
  • Collaborate with local and state agencies to ensure compliance with all licensing and inspection requirements for the Institute. Auditing, reviewing, and approving a variety of reports.
