  • Managed Sarbanes-Oxley; Compliance for multiple location company. Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida. Control, process and audit.
  • Branch Shutdowns/Moves; Planned and executed the shutdown of the Milwaukee facility.; planned and executed the shutdown of PrimeNet’s corporate facility in Minnesota in 2010. Planned and executed the Clearwater Florida branch move to Largo Florida.
  • Data Center Relocations.
  • Planned and executed a full datacenter migration from Minnesota to Clearwater, Florida without data service interruption. Utilized virtual technology to duplicate software-based datacenter. Setup and replicated changed data over WAN. Planned and configured the failover of secondary network.
