William Poland

I was very active in athletics and successful in academics throughout high school. I was a member of teams for JRTOC JLAB and JROTC Raiders, as well as teams for football, wrestling, track, and weightlifting. In addition to these responsibilities, I made time for volunteer work and community service events, all the while keeping up a 4.1 GPA and enrolling in honors and AP courses. I started working at Bonita Springs Publix Supermarket in 2020 at the age of 15, and in 2023 I was promoted to the customer service desk. My duties included professionally processing orders, handling customer concerns, and resolving complaints. I have recently started working at an interfacility private ems transportation company called MedTrek. Where we monitor and transport patients to and from hospitals, their homes, hospice, etc. In the future, I am motivated to further my education by enrolling in rescue and first responder related courses. A few goals of mine are to eventually start school to become a paramedic and join a special team for my fire department.
