• Responsible for Ambulatory and Growth teams. Manage scheduling and resource allocation to align with operational demands and service goals. Assisting with managing projects, supporting Epic software build and troubleshooting issues. Working with change control management to both move and approve master files through to production. Continued support for end users in 200 outpatient clinics, continued Healthy Planet work along with Reporting Workbench, Compass Rose and Cheers tools. Working with team to support successful upgrades to the entire system three times per year.

• Worked with build team to successfully bring up entire health system with new Epic software across 6 hospitals and 120 outpatient clinics. Achieved five Epic certifications while working on ambulatory team and taking responsibility for 17 clinics during the build phase of project. Continued support for new clinic builds, while working on Healthy Planet project and using data courier software to move data between multiple environments.

• Responsible for 11 clinical analysts/system administrators for multiple software systems across Valley Health. Provided project management for new and upgraded software/hardware, analyzed systems for data integrity, interface connectivity, and using Business Objects for reporting purposes. Assisted with hardware, software and budgeting requests for team.

Worked with McKesson Horizon inpatient clinical systems including patient portal, plus QuadraMed Coding system. Assisted with providing support of product with end users, upgrades, enhancements, Business Objects reporting requests. Assisted with seeing McKesson product evolve from charting to ordering, barcoding of medications, to physician order entry. OR/Anesthesia, Lab and pharmacy system were interfaced and part of our support team.

• Analyzed clinical workflows to identify system inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement electronic health record (EHR) solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Supported Cerner’s Classic Radnet/Pathnet and Millennium PowerChart products, as well as HBOC’s Claims Administrator, ESI Materials Management, and Logicare software, provided system programming/report design for all Cerner products, assisted with design and implementation of OCF/PowerChart.
