For the last 13 years I have work in the child care field at one of the premier facilities in the state. I began my journey as a night staff and have worked my way up to supervisor running a house with 24 kids as well as having as many as 10 direct staff under my leadership. In my leadership role I’ve worked with children from all walks of life as well as trained staff with no experience and helped hone experienced staff skills. Plan trips and upheld quality standards and guidelines for both my company as well as state minimum standards.
