50 Hours per week

• Provide expertise on concrete needs for both residential and commercial projects
• Position requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of project management to carry out day-to-day functions
• As an estimator of STCM I use multiple selling techniques to close jobs, these include: Value Added Selling, Consultive Selling and promoting the Features and Advantages of buying through STCM.
• My outgoing personality allows me to interact and communicate with my customers in a way that they understand the process and have confidence that the project will be accomplished to the highest standards
• I’m able to negotiate price rates with sub-contractors and discuss project timelines all while producing a profit
• Responsible for ensuring sub-contractors are paid in a timely manner
• I developed an Excel matrix to calculate the cost of a project based on different variables which others in the company are using.

40 Hours per week

• As a full-time college student on scholarship I worked for Jennie Weller Catering on big events (ie: Faith and Politics Annual Event and the Alabama State Bicentennial Event)
• I operated as a prep-cook and a server for catered events
• I worked with the catering team to ensure a full menu was ready on time
• I was responsible for prepping and cooking the protein portion of the catered meal and keeping prep kitchen up to health code standards
• I was responsible for keeping the inventory of the kitchen which included preparing order sheets for the food distributor
• As a college student I was hired to work part-time; however, I was reliable and willing to go the extra mile which resulted in an average of 40+ hours a week.
